Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Tap the "Launch App" button and select "Sign Up" on the login screen. Enter your email address and choose a secure password to create your account. You will receive a confirmation email to verify your address before you can start using the app.
How do I add my first job?
Click the "+" button or the "Add Job" card on your dashboard. Fill in the customer name, address, and any notes, then choose a date and time. The job will appear on your calendar and map straight away.
How do I set up my home/base location?
Open Settings from the sidebar and look for the "Home Location" field. Enter your home or workshop address and it will be geocoded automatically. This location is used to calculate travel times and to suggest the best time slots for new jobs.

Managing Jobs
How do I schedule a job for a specific time?
When adding or editing a job, use the date and time pickers to set the exact start time. You can also click directly on a time slot in the calendar view to pre-fill the time automatically.
How do I drag and drop jobs on the calendar?
Simply click and hold a job block on the calendar, then drag it to a new time slot or day. Release to confirm the change. The job details and travel time estimates will update automatically once you drop it.
How do I mark a job as complete?
Open the job by clicking on it in the calendar or job list, then change the status dropdown to "Completed". You can also swipe right on a job card in the mobile view to quickly mark it as done.
What do the different job statuses mean?
Pending means the job has been created but not yet confirmed with the customer. Confirmed means both you and the customer have agreed on the time. Completed marks a finished job, and Cancelled means the job is no longer going ahead. Each status is colour-coded on the calendar for quick visibility.

How does the smart route suggestions work?
When you add a new job, LockRoute Pro looks at your existing schedule and calculates travel times between each appointment using real-world driving data. It then suggests the best available time slots that minimise your driving and avoid gaps in your day, so you can fit more jobs in and spend less time on the road.
How do I view my jobs on the map?
The map panel on the right-hand side of the app shows all of your scheduled jobs as pins. Click any pin to see the job details, or zoom in and out to get a broader view of your day. The map updates live as you add, move, or remove jobs.

How do I change my password?
Go to Settings and select "Change Password". Enter your current password, then type and confirm your new password. If you have forgotten your current password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen to reset it via email.
How much does LockRoute Pro cost?

How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Settings and go to "Subscription". Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm your choice. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again. You can resubscribe at any time.
