1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LockRoute Pro ("the Service", "we", "us", or "our"), a software-as-a-service platform operated by LockRoute Pro Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. The Service provides job scheduling, route optimisation, and business management tools designed for mobile auto locksmiths.
By creating an account or using the Service, you ("the User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be a resident of the United Kingdom or have a valid UK-based business.
- Create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete registration information.
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@lockroutepro.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
3. The Service
LockRoute Pro provides the following core features:
- Job scheduling and calendar management for auto locksmith appointments.
- Route planning and optimisation between job locations.
- Customer and job record management.
- Business analytics and reporting tools.
- Integration with mapping and navigation services.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of any material changes.
4. Free Trial
We offer a free trial period to allow you to evaluate the Service before committing to a paid subscription. The trial period and its specific terms will be communicated to you at the time of registration.
- During the free trial, you will have access to the full functionality of the Service.
- No payment details are required to start a free trial unless otherwise stated.
- At the end of the trial period, your account will be converted to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial expires.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at our discretion.
- Free trials are limited to one per individual or business.
5. Subscription and Payment
Following the free trial period, continued access to the Service requires a paid subscription:
- The subscription fee is £10 per month, billed monthly in advance.
- All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
- Payment is processed through our third-party payment provider. By subscribing, you agree to their terms of service.
- Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled before the next billing date.
- We reserve the right to change our pricing with at least 30 days' written notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support@lockroutepro.com.
- Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
- We do not provide pro-rata refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
- If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to a service defect, please contact us within 14 days of the charge in question.
7. Your Data
In the course of using the Service, you may upload, input, or store data including but not limited to customer information, job details, addresses, and business records ("Your Data").
- You retain all ownership rights to Your Data.
- You grant us a limited licence to process, store, and display Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
- You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights and consents to store and process any personal data you input into the Service, including customer data, in accordance with applicable data protection legislation (including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).
- We will handle Your Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Upon account termination, we will retain Your Data for a period of 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted unless a longer retention period is required by law.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.

Upon termination for cause, you will not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid. We will make reasonable efforts to provide you with an opportunity to export Your Data before deletion, unless prohibited by law.
10. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to software, design, logos, trademarks, and documentation, are owned by LockRoute Pro Ltd or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property other than the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
- Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- We are not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate route calculations, scheduling conflicts, or reliance on information provided by the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LockRoute Pro Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
13. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party services, including mapping providers, payment processors, and communication platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services, and your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
14. Service Availability
We aim to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:

- Notify you via email or through a notice within the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at support@lockroutepro.com. We will endeavour to resolve the matter within 30 days.
17. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LockRoute Pro Ltd regarding the Service.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
- Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
- Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
- Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or internet service failures.
